Tandberg UK  Headquarters

Tandberg are the world leader in Video Conferencing and Telepresence technologies.  In 2008 they relocated their offices in the UK to Staines.  This facility is designed to showcase Tandberg's extensive range of products to customers old and new.

A collection of 14 conference rooms a training centre and large demonstration rooms were all to be integrated and controlled.  Needless to say Tandberg's demonstrations span continents and it was important to control the lighting as well as video conferencing technology.  This allows someone demonstrating a system in Australia to make a call to the London office and have the lights in the conference room automatically switch on.

As a highly prestigious environment it was important that the control of the system was both simple to use and luxurious.

Beyond the Invisible were chosen for the installation because of our experience in high-end residential properties.  It was important that to prospective clients that this felt more than just a corporate installation.

Crestron was chosen as the major control system for the property and Beyond the Invisible worked closely with Tandberg's project manager and building contractor to ensure this provided complete control over the building services. 

Touch screens were designed to reflect Tandberg's corporate identity and to provide the simplest of control for the various AV systems in the facility as well as complete control of Tandberg's equipment.

The installation has proven a great success and we are now advancing to the next stage of the project with the introduction of the 'futures room' to the facility.
