Does installing a home entertainment system add value to my home?

Many of our clients add home entertainment, lighting control and other control to their homes purely for their own benefit. However there is no doubt that these systems will make the home considerably more attractive to a prospect buyer.

For developers it adds an edge over competing properties. Over a certain value property home entertainment and lighting control is expected as a standard.

What happens after my system has been installed?

The installation comes with a 1 year equipment and labour warranty. Depending on the manufacturer the equipment comes with a warranty of between 1 and 5 years. After the first year our labour can be covered with an extended warranty.

Isn't all this technology complicated?

It is a common misconception that the more sophisticated systems are harder to use - in fact the opposite is true. Rather than fighting with multiple remotes in a home cinema you will just need one easy to use remote. Touch screens make it easy to control your whole home.

How much does it cost ?

This is a difficult question to answer as it does depend on how extensive a system you desire.  We have installed systems ranging from around £10,000 in smaller apartments to over £250,000 in large town and country properties.  If budget is tight we recommend concentrating your spend in one area such as a home cinema and installing a system which can be extended at a later date.  If you contact us with some basic details of your project we can usually give you a ballpark figure.
